No Strings are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our delivery and returns policy aims to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we operate returns and exchanges.
Returns & Refunds
We are confident in the quality of our products, and that’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
You may trial our racquets within the first 30 days of purchase. If you decide after testing that the racquet is not for you, you can return it to us subject to the following conditions in addition to the above:
- The racquet must be in good condition, showing only minimal signs of wear consistent with testing.
- The racquet does not show any excessive damage or misuse beyond regular play during the testing period.
Non-refundable condition
We do not accept the return of racquets that have been:
- Damaged beyond what No Strings deems to be normal testing (e.g., hitting the ground, fence, or other hard surfaces with force).
- Damaged by improper handling or alterations.
- Returned outside the 30-day window.
- Changed cosmetically, even if this does not affect the racquet’s overall performance.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at support@nostringspadel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed, including a returns address if necessary.
- Once we receive and the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If your racquet is defective and falls under the conditions of our 90-day warranty, we will gladly replace it. Please refer to our Warranty Policy below, for more details. For all other exchanges, please contact us at support@nostringspadel.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised racquets (unless defective or incorrect)
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Incorrect or Missing Orders:
In the event of receiving incorrect items or an incomplete order, please contact us immediately at support@nostringspadel.com. We will work swiftly to rectify the issue at no cost to you.

No Strings Product Warranty
At No Strings we pride ourself in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you experience an issue with anything purchased from us, we're here to help.
All No Strings products are covered by a standard 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will replace the product at no charge.
What Doesn’t the Warranty Cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect (such as hitting the floor or fence in excess of normal game-usage)
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or surface markings)
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@nostringspadel.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damage. Our team will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies for a replacement.
Warranty Replacement Process
If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, we will provide a replacement of the same model or an equivalent if the original is no longer available. Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
